Default Rear speakers and subwoofer amp not working after new power steering pump

So I recently got my 2003 Audi A4’s steering pump switched out since the last one was starting to fail. After I got the car back from the guys who did the job, my rear speakers are no longer working and my subwoofer amp isn’t turning on. The car has a custom stereo (KDC-BT44U), which has a setting that for whatever reason only switches on the front speakers, but that is not the culprit. I also took the stereo out, made sure that all wires which I could see are firmly in place, and to me it didn’t look like anything was wrong.

Usually I wouldn’t make a post about this and would start testing the speakers, but even if the speakers are blown, this wouldn’t explain the sub amp. I am really hoping that someone has a rather simple possible solution, since I am tired of messing around with this and just want to get it working quick and easy. If it turns out to be an intricate problem then I will probably turn to some mechanic.

Thank you!
