Replaced all speakers and fronts sound even worse ? MORE......

I replaced all the Bose Speakers and added a amp. The Sub sounds great the rear deck sounds great the rear doors sound great. The front doors sound like crap. Does audi put anything in the factory wiring that would make this happen ?

what is the diff ?

what is the difference between the rear door and the front door speakers ? The rears sound great along with the rear deck
