So how could I go about doing this...from my understanding the sub in the avant is teeny tiny...for a sub...I was thinking something similar to avanter's fiberglass enclosure with a 10" or 12" where the CD changer is suppose to go and a new amp just for the sub...whould this be particularly difficult (not the enclosure...that is going to be difficult)
I really think that the thing the bose is missing for me is just a little more bass...and I have already done the hidden eq stuff and it still is just a little to low on the bass end. Any suggestions I would really rather not switch out all the speakers as I don't think it sounds bad
On another note...there are 2 foam covered connectors in my cd changer area. One is the CD changer hook up. What is the other? It is a single thick wire with a screw on head and a single pin coming out of it. Thanks for any info

I have the nonBose system and I'm thinking of adding a sub and amp also. Look at the below posts to see what other people have done for a sub.
I might try and crate my own box out of fiberglass for the sub in the rear left panel. I'd try and put the amp on the right side panel and fit the tire change stuff inthe tire well since there's extra room.
