I have a 98 A4 non-bose concert system. My front speaker blew out and I want to change the front speakers to MB Quart or Infinity componets. Does anyone know what size speakers will fit without modifying anything in the factory mid. and tweeter location. And if I just hook the speakers right into the wires that the factory speakers are hook up too?

They are 4 inch speakers stock, but mb quart makes a 5 1/4" adapter if you can find it

Thanks i'll see if I can locate one. Do you know if I can just hook them right in or does any rewireing need to be done?

you'll need to wire the mb's with their crossover, and then to the speakers...just a matter of running a few wires through the boot of the door and through the kicks into the trunk...
