Hi guys,
Hope you can help, I am a little desperate. I recently bought a RNS-E to upgrade mu RNS-D factory installed HU, but when I try to connect the CAN wires it does not work. I took the 13 an 26 wires from the connector is not one of the 4 that connect to the RNS-E adaptor (I think it's the old TMC connector) and I connected them to the 9 and 10 wires from the RNS-E (I did this directly by stripping the wires from their housing and connecting the 13 an 26 pins directly to the just to be sure, and it still does not work ( the lights don't come on, won't shut down when I take out the key, etc.)

Also, I do not receive any satellites for navi, could the can be a cause for this?
