My choices are:

Rockford Fosgate 10" Punch HE. (RFP3410)

or

Phoenix Gold Octane R 10" (ZR-10)

They both have the same specs on paper as far as power handling and such. I will be powering them with either a soundstream or a Fosgate Amp that will deliver at least 200 watts mono to it @ 4 ohms RMS.

Anyone that is real familar with both speakers that can tell me which one will perform better?

Not my favorite of all time clearly...but still a great sub.

I have no experience with PG...i hear they are good, but i hear more praise about their amps.

I Love soundstream amps. I had an old Reference 500 that only recently died. I miss it terribly.
