Rockford fosgate T212D4 subwoofer any good?
also what type of enclosure would you use? i want to get two but we'll see if i can afford it. also for you techies, i have 3 10" Infinity Kappas in a 3-holed JL box, would i be able to incorporate these into the system? was thinking maybe in the door/s?

You'll need a pretty substantial enclosure for that baby. The wrong (or badly made) enclosure can make a good sub sound dreadful. A very good enclosure can make an average sub sound good. Getting the enclosure right is as important as the quality of the sub itself.

Good point, which i agree 100% with...
I just spent this morning measuring the holes to mount and setting the only sub i have in it to make sure it was cut and shaved proper. Anyway, hoping my own hands can make this enclosure stay closed tightly so these should sound pretty great.
btw, turned it on just to make sure it worked with my friend's rockford amp and it sounds pretty decent, actually plays highs good too (never heard a 12" sub play highs) although we'll see what it'll do when it's all set in and played with a real amplifier. 250watts pushing a 1000watt amp doesn't even show you what it does
