SD Card Reader

Does anyone know if there are any limitations to the SD reader in the stock nav unit? i tried putting a 8gig sd card in and it is not reading. Any info will help. Thanks.

SD only, not SDHC

Audi head units do not support SDHC which is basically anything bigger than 2GB (with a few 4GB SD cards being the exception).

Some have had success with SDHC card, it appears to be related to their HW version.

Mine is HW 01 with a SW 0301 and it doesn't appears to be reading SDHC card.
