Just trying to clarify something.

I have the Symphony II headunit 2000 B5 S4.

I do not have the CD changer, however, the head unit does have the CDC/CD button. I plan on buying the blitz safe adapter for the preamp outs.

Basicly I would hook up the blitz safe into the CDC port on the back of the headunit (this part seems pretty easy). When I want to listen to the Sat. radio I would simply press the CDC button and it would switch over to it? Am I correct in saying this or is there something else that needs to be done?

This is confusing and wrong. The blitzsafe adapter connects to the CD changer data and audio input port and has nothing to do with preamp outs.

My mistake, I want the RCA type jacks so the audio can come in to the HU

Okay... well the Blitzsafe will have RCA jacks... but it still uses the cd changer port.
