Question...
something I haven't been able to work out in my mind...how to bond the fiberglass shell and the MDF portion of the enclosure together neatly. Of course I can just fiberglass it to the MDF, but it looks like you made the two pieces then put them together. How did you get clean edges and good strong bonding? This is more a question of how to get the cosmetics right I guess.
