I hop in my car, hit the start button, and notice neither screen on my Audi is coming on at all. The screen above the steering wheel comes on and says "Initializing entertainment functions... please wait" But both the larger center screens are completely blacked out and not working. I've held down the volume button for the reset for 10/15/30 seconds and see the B&O speakers go down then back up to confirm the "reset", but still no luck on the screens... Call the salesperson, he asks their tech, said to leave it running for 3-4 hours in my driveway to allow some update to finish processing? WTF is that... He said they can get stuck in these updates... Any thoughts? Any tips? anyone dealt with this?

Never heard of such a process (leaving the car running for 3-4 hours) as my understanding is that Audi does not support over the air updates. I think you need to take it in and let them run the scan tool to diagnose.
