Default System upgrades for TT roadster

Ok all those that have made the switch. what did you do, what equipment. did you keep the stock radio, take it out. I have the cd changer. want to hear from all that did an upgrade to the TT roadster

Default Stock Concert H/U...

MBQuart 6.5 " -doors
MBQuart 4" - rears
Fosgate 8" sub -replaced the OEM POS
Alpine 5-Channel amp
BlitzSafe adapter to give me an Aux. In, via the 'mode' switch (No CD Changer -"Bose" upgrade.)

Various new wiring, etc.
