AT&T dropped 2G, what now?

or alternatively, are there any other affordable prepaid data sim card options besides freedompop that maybe don't rely on roaming?
I'm still trying to figure out why I'm getting this message. I am wondering if the car is somehow picking up the AT&T signal first and trying to roam through AT&T rather then using T-Mobile signal directly, and I do have T-Mobile coverage here. Its like the car thinks it needs to use AT&T because that is what it used to use before, so its picking up that signal and then roaming through that to T-Mobile. Something like that. Says 2G also..
Anyone have any other ideas... it works, but damn its annoying to to have to hit YES to accept data roaming every time I get in the car.
