i have a 2001 A4 1.8TQ my driver side tailight burnt out so i replaced the bulb and i noticed the passenger side was a dimmer than the driver side so i replced that too but the problem is the passenger side is still a lot dimmer than the driver side....what could be wrong?? the wiring?

Rear fog light on? It only makes the drivers side more visible.

i dont even turn my rear fogs on cuz there is no slot on the passenger side for a bulb
