Default does yours have the volume **** in the middle or the left?

If it's the Concert unit (middle volume ****), I pulled one out a few weeks ago with metal nail files. If you have the same, I could probably figure out which way I pulled/pushed/etc

Default You want to shove that file in there more than an inch......

the clips you are trying to move need to be pushed inwards towards the center of the unit. So take the file, and angle it so it's sliding along the outside edge of the hole until it stops. Then with the end of the file you are holding, push it outward so the tip of it goes inward, moving that clip. While doing this on both clips, shove your third hand into the cassette opening and pull out on the radio. If you don't have a third hand, have someone "give you a hand"
