Default Is there a way to defeat the automatic "loudness" on the Symphony head unit??

A guy I know who works for an aftermarket car stereo place said that he doesn't know a way to defeat it. Does anyone know of a way?

I'm finding that my aftermarket sub is a bit too loud at low volumes and not loud enough at high volumes.

TIA

Default You mean the speed sensitive loudness, right?

One end or the other of the settings (procedure is in the symphony user manual) defeats it. I think it might have been 1.

someone put a note in here a while back that suggested the numbers available on the setting is related to the speed that it kicks in, not some change in loudness as implied in the manual. I cant find the note though...
