The voice recognition on my 2011 A4 Avant has stopped working.

I've never had a problem with it, and use it a couple times a day to make phone calls.

Today when I pressed the steering wheel button to start, nothing happens.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there something I can do myself, or do I need the dealer to take a look?
