What 5 channel amp would you recommend for around $200 to $350?

You won't get a good 5 channel for that kind of money
Not unless you want ****.
You can get a 45x4 or 50x4'ish amp in that price range. Like MTX Thunder 4244 (45x4) for $280 at crutchfield, so you can get it slightly cheaper elsewhere. It probably pushes more like 55x4 since MTX underrates.
Crutchfield is blowing out some Sony XM-1505SX for $269 which is 40x4 + 150x1 but I'd stay away from it.

My Jensen KA-5 actually is a pretty decent amp. It's a lot better than I expected and it's got
plenty of power. I got it for $250 and it's 50 X 4 + 200 X 1 RMS. The sub channel is stable down to 1 ohm. The one downside to this amp is its size, it's huge.

I have sounstream amps in my VW. Very nice stuff. High Current.
Their listed power is probably under-rated, because they sure as handle high demand speakers quite well.
I have 2 Soundstream Reference 405s powering fronts and back MBQuart components.
