What amp for JL Audio 10W3 D4?

What amp for JL Audio 10W3 D4?
I've got a JL Audio 10W3 D4 and i'm currently running it off a crappy Sony Xplod 200 Watt amp. I want to upgrade for two reasons, more power and the remote bass control option.
Here are few of the amps I'm looking at:

<a href="http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/KIC02KX4001">Kicker 400.1</a>
All of the above have the option of a remote bass control. Which one is better? Do you have any recommendations for ones that I haven't listed here (ie Rockford Fosgate etc)?
