Turbo Joe

Just got a McIntosh Mc4000M and am not sure what kind of componants to get yet. the amp is 100x4 and 300x2. I will probably get 2 eclipse 10's (the alluminum ones) or something else, but i am not sure what to get. Dynaudio, or Mb-quart?? both are damn nice, any opinions??

They are made by CDT (CD Technologies) at cdtaudio.com, I looked into them because I had read a ton of reviews about them and every single review said that they sound perfect. So I bought a set and they do! They sound much better than the MB Quart's that I listened to. I haven't listened to Dynaudios at all, so I can't comment on them, but I almost think it's the crossovers that make the CDT speakers sound so great, they cut out the harsh really really high pitched stuff that the MB Quarts reproduce so well. Anyways... speakers, more than anything in car audio are a matter of personal preference... So try to listen to as many as you can. If you want to make sure that everyone else thinks they are good too, just stick with the big guys: MB Quart, Dynaudio, Focal, Infinity and my new personal fav., CDT.

Focal or Dynaudio IMO, Pricey But Similar Class Performance
