Default What type of box for my subwoofer?

I've got a Rockford Fosgate 12" XLC which i'm gonna hook up to a bridged kenwood 728s (300W RMS). What type of box should i put the sub in. I like the Q=logic, but that seems like a lot of money for a box. Is it worth the extra money for something like a q-logic, or would I be able to tell the difference with a cheaper no-name? Also, what suggestions do you have for replacing the speakers on my 90 quattro20v? Should I replace them all, or just the rear? WHat type of speakers should I go with? And it lookslike none will eaisly fit - the openings aren't exactly 6.5 - what do I have to do to install them?

thanks for any help,
matt
