Default whats a good way to get a little extra bass??

I'm just looking to spend like about 300$ I think....I'd rather spend more cash on performance components. Its all about the speed y0!!

Default Two options....

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish (loudness, sound quality, etc...) you can do either of two things for under $300:
1) Buy a small amp (ie Alpine MRP-M200 $130 @crutchfield or JBL P80.2 $100 @ soundomain) and add a dual voice coil 10" sub ($100-$150 Be sure to stay with the entry level type like JL Audio W0 series or Punch Z series since they do not require a lot of juice from your amp) and you can have a nice low end but nothing that will rattle your neighbor's house. This is a great way to add low end but you will still need to buy or build a box for the sub.
2) Buy an Infinity Basslink ($225 or so on EBAY) and not have to deal with building a box. You will sacrifice some SPL but it sounds much better than SAS Bazooka tubes (IMO) and is easy to install and not take too much room in your trunk.
I have personally gone with option 2 but I have had component subs in my cars in the past but I really wanted to keep it simple in my A6 and I also decided to spend more money on my high end since I am after sound quality and not a huge amount of bass. Let me know if you need any more info...
