why do I see "no function" when I use my steering wheel controls
I'm a proud new owner of an A4, but I'm having issues with the Audi Symphony radio. When I hit the mode button, I get a "no Function" readout on my dash. Also, when I hit the radio power off button, my audio system just goes mute but never turns off. The cd keeps playing or the radio keeps playing. Is this a programming issue or am i supposed to program the steering wheel buttons? Please help!
