Wired CarPlay issue - Audi A1 Mk2
Hi, new member here, not sure if this has been posted but I’d really appreciate some feedback.
Recently when driving my wired CarPlay keeps on being knocked off (connection goes off from phone to screen). I’ve tried everything to fix it, but nothing works (changing wire, got a new phone, reboot MMI).
I’ve just got a new phone, also running on the newest software and the bug is persistent.
Does anyone else have this issue?
I’ve booked the car into Audi next week for an MOT and software update, so I’m hoping that might fix it, but in the meantime wondering if anyone has any tips to help?
Car is a 2019 MK2 Audi A1 (located in UK).

I spoke to someone else with the new model A1 and they said it’s a common software bug. Hoping tomorrow Audi fix it when it goes in.
