Default wiring harness for aftermarket HUs

Ok, I got my new HU today, and I want to get it installed soon. I have a 99.5 A4 (long HU, not double DIN). I would like to get a wiring harness, instead of hacking apart all of my wires (more hacking means more cost to install). Is there a wiring harness for these? Who makes it?

Thanks!

Default yes...

I know a few companies make them and you can easily get them from any local shop. Just ask for a VW/Audi wiring harness... and they should be able to hook you up.

also- make sure you get a powered antenna adaptor as well, otherwise I guarantee you will be posting here in a couple days saying you can't get good reception on the radio!

Default You may not need one

These days everyone is going to ISO standard harnesses on the back of the head units. Examine the power outlet harness in the car and see if it will fit your new head unit. I only had to swap a couple of pins on the head unit (switched ignition, constant power) so that it matched the old stereo, and works great!
