If you are upgrading the rear deck speakers put it back there. Dont worry about the front door though

Default I say go for it

and don't use dynamat, it works, but it's highly overpriced. I would suggest Second Skin Damplifier if your on a budget or damplifier pro if you've got the extra money to spend. Both are just as good, if not better than the corresponding dynamat products. They are also less expensive.

By sound proofing your doors and rear deck you'll get clearer sound and much less resonation than you have currently (if any)The only downfall to doing this is soundproofing adds weight to the car, with damplifier i know it's about 8lbs for 20 square feet. Though the improvement soundproofing a car makes far outweights any downfalls it has in my oppinion. Good luck with it, and let us know how it turns out.

Default Definately worth it on the rear deck!

I did it on my stock bose system and it was definately worth it! Not sure about the doors, the rear deck is easy though. Oh and order Be-Quiet Ultimate from ebay. I was able to get 50sqft for $59.99 + shipping which is much cheaper than Dynamat?

Definitely worth doing the door pockets to stop them rattling
