Hi,

I recently bought a 2021 Q5 Sport here in Australia - love everything about the car, it's just a joy to drive! The one thing I can't figure out though is the hotspot - I can connect to it, but it has no internet connection... so what would be the point of it? From what I understand the car came with a complementary subscription to Audi Connect which gives me 4G services within the vehicle for real-time traffic etc... I just don't understand how to make use of the wifi capability.

I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on it for me.

I am facing the same issue.. Not sure if you solved it. I tried all settings including checking private Ip address Ios settings etc..
