100 miles on new car, paint chips on hood. Is this primer or base coat?

2023 A5 in Glacier White Metallic, which is tricoat. Some companies offer paint repair that contains a base, mid, and clear.

White is very easy to fix. But I don't recommend the paint pens Audi distributes. They are simply too messy and difficult to use with accuracy.
