My fairly new car seems to have grazed a bush or something on the rear fender and now has some fine small scratches.
I can't feel them with my finger nail so I tried 3M imperial hand glaze... it looks better but it's still noticeable if I look very closely at the paint under light.
I then tried 3M finish restorer and it is a little better but I am thinking I need something a little more aggressive?
should I try the 3M rubbing compound? I am hesitant to use anything harsh with the car/paint being so new.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Do you have a polisher you could use to apply the SMR with? That usually gives better results than hand application. If you have to get more aggressive than that, I would take it to a good detailer to polish the scratches out.

I currently only have 3M IHG and 3M finish restorer (which says it removes light swirls on the bottle)
I will look for 3M swirl remover next time I am in the city..
(I do not have a polisher)
let me go take a picture of the scratch
Thanks!
