After you have waxed your car. Is it ok to use IHG like a week after to give it more depth?

It won't strip the preceding layer of wax, if you allowed the previous layer of wax at least a 24 hour cure time. It will also add some depth and reflectivity. 3 coats of wax is probably optimal to achieve the best shine, then 1 coat per month to maintain it. More coats of wax won't hurt, but won't necessarily give you better results.
Using the IHG will strip the paint clean of any wax, so you would be starting from scratch.
