Default Any tips on inspecting car post body shop work for color match?

Hello all,
Been some time since I posted but continue to lurk.
My new boxster S had some clear coat issues out of the factory on the plastic body panel. They might repaint a bit of that panel. Any tips on how to judge the color match between the bumper and the rest of panels when i pick it up?
This great post:

has some good info but wondered if anyone had more.

Thanks

Default the color match you will see right away( if outdoors and sunny) its the clear you have to worry

about, make sure theres no orange peel and make sure they did a full coat wrapped around the panel gaps, door jambs, ect..... or in a couple years it will start peel off. just make sure its a good body shop and your all set. as far as color goes if your really worried about it, be a dick go to the place when they mix the color, paint something with it and put it up to the car. the should be blending anyway to other panels. Im sure it will be fine though.

Ok, thanks for the advice.
The place is a good shop that does a lot of work for the local porsche dealership and deals in mostly Audi, BMW and Porsche, so I feel comfortable. Just want to make sure I'm inspecting the results in a way that would reveal any issues.
thanks again,
