Anybody like einszett cockpit premium?
Good for the interior (dash, middle console, door panels, back of front seats, etc..)?
What exactly would I use this on and not use this on? What's leather and what's not?
Was looking at Vinylex (sp) or 303.

If you want the absolute lowest sheen, this is for you. If you like it shiny..not the one
It's all personal preference. The three you have referenced will all offer great protection, so choose based on the finish you desire.

I think I'm gonna go with the einszett. I'm not a "shiny" finish kinda guy. So it's safe to use on everything except the leather seats?

i think it's great stuff.....
leaves a factory new look & smell. i don't like shiney stuff. it does a good job cleaning. you can use it on pretty much anything.
