Applying 1z Paint Cleaner, Polish, and Glanz by hand. What applicator pad should I use for each?

I bought the "Uber" Microfiber Applicator Pads from DD. Are these sufficient for each?
Also, how long do I rub them in and how much pressure should I use?
Thanks!

a 100% terry cloth-type of applicator pad for the glanz and it worked out fine. I applied a drop the size of a quarter or so to cover approx 2 sq ft area, applied light to medium pressure for the paint cleaner & polish, light for the Glanz (stuff just glides on very easily). All applied by hand, very easy to apply and them remove w/ mf towel. Absolutely great stuff - you'll love the results. As a former zymol man, I am now a 1z convert - much easier to apply and remove, with same smile-inducing results. Enjoy!

you don't need much pressure at all for the glanz wax.
for the paint polish a nice medium pressure is good.
let the glanz sit for 15 minutes.
