is it appropriate to use a scratch & swirl remover before claybaring my car ?

I also intend to do some minor touchups on paintchips,so how long should I wait for the paint to properly set & dry before doing a detaling wax treatment ?

swirl remover after clay bar

as for how long to wait, I dunno. Probably 3-4 weeks. although touchup paint may set quicker.
