Best cleaner, polish and swirl marks remover for chrome?
What works best for a large flat chrome surface like on a pick-up truck bumper that has been neglected and looks tarnished and dull?

Not really but the swirl marks look similar to this.

nice bumper :) you can try Adam's Metal 1 and Adam's Metal 2
it will require some elbow grease or you can use
Einszett Chrome and Metal Polish it will have more bite.
