Best Polish & Wax For Hand Application.

Title says it all... don't have a PC as of yet, but want to put some shine into my car until I can set aside the cash for one.
Just the usual surface scractches in the finish from everyday use. Nothing too major.
Going to wash the car and clay it... but need advice on good products for hand use from there (a polish and wax or sealant). Want to fill in/remove those spider-web type scratches.

it usually takes several applications to really start to get at them and that can really suck. Most of the effective swirl removers are best used with a PC.

Its a sealant/cleaner that my Chevy dealer here in Pa. supplied with my 1979 Corvette! The car was black and this stuff was/is amazing at removing swirls. I have used it ever since then. Their # is 800-444-1074. They will sell it by the bottle or case.
