Best way to clean/revitalize RS4 fuzzy alcantara shift knob? Its all matted and not soft anymore.

Mr Clean magic eraser for the dirt and use a Mach III razor to GENTLY shave off the little schmeg
*****. use absolute MINIMUM pressure, they will shave off easily. this is an old trick from the boys that have alcantara seats.

On my seats I cant get them clean. (White) and when i use a sweater de-fuzzer it eventually ....
stings out into longer fuzz and comes back.
Do you think the mach 3 will be better than a de-fuzzer?
What kind of technique do you use with the Mr. Clean? (water, temp, solution) I cant seem to get the things clean.

like anything it depends on the user, some people are just dirty and it doesnt matter
for me mine are flawless and i really dont do much to keep it that way. I just dont do much to screw it up either. From what i understand the fabric is a synthetic suede and actually supposed to be very durable.
