Default there were a number of reasons, but the biggest one was color match ...

for instance, the rear bumper was a horrible color match (from the factory), and the front bumper was also off because it was an upgrade. combine that with having the side sills replaced, and having the roof rails replaced by the dealer -- who them messed it up necessitated repainting of the roof -- and the car was way too many different colors for my taste ;-)

lol, i'm amulet as well and my rear is 3 shades.

Yikes...so you can to burn off quite a bit of clear to clean up that mess!

yep. hopefully they won't keep nailing the same spot, or one's basically screwed.
