clay magic or mothers clay bar
Whoose used them both and what are your opinions? I've got enough clay bar to last me 2 years as it is, but a local detailer is using clay magic, so it made me want to learn more about it.

Throw one more in the mix ...
Is clay magic the stuff that's blue? If it is, i've heard really good things about it, but i've also heard that Griot's clay is good too. I have Griot's and Mothers in my garage right now, I haven't used either one yet. I'm going to do a big-time detailing job this weekend, I'll let you know what I think.

I will be curious to hear your results. Tried Mother's and liked it - heard that Griott's
was a little on the sticky side (DennyTT's post here). I bought Meguiar's bar, but it was as hard as a rock and never even considered actually using it.

Where online can you buy just the claymagic clay bar?
Even the claymagic website insists on selling the clay with detailing spray in a "package". This is true for most clay bars I've seen online. But I don't want the detailing spray, which they include in order to justify an inflated price. I just want the clay bar. Any links would be appreciated. Thanks.

judging frm the 2 package prices..
Where one is 8oz spray and a bar, the otehr 12oz spray, bar, and some other thigns, and the price difference is $5.. i'd say they're probably charging about $8 for the bar and $6 for the spray in the smaller package. Maybe even $10 bar and $5 spray.. So if ya can't find it as just the bar, it may not be so bad of a deal..
A local detailer uses clay magic(as I said). I need to contact them about my old car.. I will ask them where they get it.

Just found claymagic for $28.95. They don't specify the size, but I think it must be the 200gm bar.

Autodetail has just a claymagic bar (size not stated) for $28.95. They also sell a clay bar "kit" (with detailing spray, etc.) for $21.95. The kit specifies that it's a 100gm bar. So I'm assuming the bar alone at $28.95 is the 200gm bar that claymagic sells. If so, that's a lot better than the price you're getting at your paint shop, right boscoj?

Claym agic at autodetail.com
