Default Dashboard cleaning on audi S5

Hello everyone - Ive got all the goodies I need to clean my carpets, seats (Lexol), Instrument cluster (plexus), etc...but what product is right for cleaning the dashboard? I dont really know what the material is, and it has an unusual surface. I feel like I could mangle this job horribly. All I know now is to avoid products (like ArmorAll) with silicone. But I dont know what Audi or what people here recommend.

Any help?

thanks, G.

I don't know if there is anything unique about the material in your Audi, but this is what we use on our Audi (and many other cars) with great success:

It's a no-sheen product that leaves nothing but a fresh and natural appearance.

thanks...do you have any pics of what your dash looks like and/or do you know what the material is? Im still hesitant to much around with mine until Ive heard from an A5 or S5 owner. But I will keep your product on the short list and do some more research.

I have a B8 A4 and use Einszett Cockpit on it. So far it has done a great job.

Just the basic vinyl covering you'd expect to find in 95% of today's cars. It's certainly not one of the optional materials you might find in hi-end Euro cars.

For dressing I use 303 protectant. I spray some on a cheap pad and then apply to a panel. I then let the panel "soak" for a few mins. I then come back with a towel and wipe it down. You don't need an expensive pad.
