Dawn wash anyone ever do it?
i heard that its something that should be done, once and a while to clean the old wax and stuff off
what do u guys think, nice day out im about to do it, becuase tommarow im going to do a wax and detail

I do it twice a year (spring and fall) to strip old wax, etc.
Then follow with clay, paint cleaner, polish, and wax (Blitz in the spring and Eagle One Nanowax in the fall).

Washing your car with dish soap is not a requirement and not everyone does it...
stripping off the old layers of wax prior to re-applying new coats is.
There are products on the market specificaly designed for this procedure.
