Default I've recently started using Eagle One wadding (from AutoZone)...it's pretty good. I'm still looking

for something that I really like too.

Default see.. I like having Imola. I just have to wash it and then use some cleaner wax. :-)))

Although it's a completely different story when it comes to the Type R. doh! There's enough wax on it that it usually is pretty easy to clean though.

On a side note... black S4's with chrome mirrors are so damn sweet looking!

Default Re: My Brilliant Black detailing routine (updated)...

Excellent write up! Only problem I see is where you bought the stuff from AutoDetail.com. Man that is way over priced product. I should say alot of it is, not all. I can see you spent a few hundred bucks there. All nice stuff though.

Are you a detailer by chance? If not, you should be with the amount of detail you go through

Anyway, again, great write up.

No ... here is how I would do it if I were using your products:
1) Wash / Dry ( Soap here DOES not matter because the polish will take off your old wax, so use whatever you want )
2)3M HG ( 1 coat is fine )
3) Wax with Blitz ( pain in the *** to remove so beware )

Good luck

Default LOL...actually when I bought the stuff, I shopped around and autodetail.com had the best prices

overall. No, I'm not a detailer, just someone who likes a clean car. =)
