Do you guys w/PCs take the wax/polish off with it? Or do you do it by hand?

2nd. It's easier to do by hand. You can also remove the top coat...
...in lines that follow the wind -- the proper technique. That way, any microscratches you put on the surface will be oriented in one direction and thus far less visible. Removing with a PC will make your microscratches rotational -- the dreaded swirlies.
