Does regular winshield cleaner take off RainX?

I would try some simple green or a citrus based degreaser. I'm not sure if it will work, but both are a lot stronger than window cleaner.

how to get it off! The minute you start using your wipers, poof! Plus, it seems that the ph of the rain takes care of the rest.

never use it on your windshield!!!!!!
Works great on the side windows and sunroof, and lasts a good 2-3 months, but on the windshield, you're right, the wipers will break the bulk of this stuff down in weeks, leaving behind only enough to make your wipers chatter, but nothing more. :-(
