my wife must actively seek out roads with fresh tar in her white pearl grand caravan. the rim surrounding the wheel well has been caked with it. have tried lots of stuff with mixed results. stoners tar removal worked pretty well.

I tried eimann fabrik tar remover and got off 99% of the gunk. this includes the stuff the other cleaners didnt touch. wow!! stuff smells like ether, I think. highly recommended.

i just ordered their variety pak from properautocare.com. I am anxious to check out the carpet cleaner )in her car, of course)

Audi puts on the rocker pannels, and which my dealer neglected to remove, off. The dealer wanted me to bring it back so he could remove it with paint thinner; I THINK NOT! I sprayed this stuff on, and let it sit 5 minutes. Thought that the label was a joke, and that there was no way this was going to get it off. Well, shows how much I know. Wiped right off with a towel, not one bit of effort. Granted, it strips the wax also, but you'd have to to get off the stuff underneath. My dealer couldn't remove the adhesive from the rockers either...I just used Alcohol
