Mmm, yeah. I ASKED for no wax because there was a lot of fallout on the car. I just requested a light wash. The car is scratched bumper to bumper, so fing bad the poly taillights even are scratched. I will barely be able to rehab it. Just got it yesterday, $4k off sticker. Too pissed to think, how mad should I be and what can be done?

VW dealer did a lot better. 2010 Tiguan came thru perfect, much better paint though.

find a good detailer and let them go at it. you'd be surprised at what someone who knows what they're doing really can do.

single stage paint on an Evo. right side is before, left is after.

brand new R8 v10, from the factory like this:

before

after

note: these are not my pictures. i borrowed them from PandaMan on Honda-Tech.

that really sucks and upsets me. i work at a KIA, Nissan, Mitsubishi dealer as a detailer/reconditioner and that would never happen in my dealership. what you need to do is go back and speak to the salesperson that sold you the car and demand that it get fixed and if they wont do anything talk to the sales manager, more then likely they have a buffer if it is that bad or they will take it to a body shop to get it buffed. if they dont do anything (i'm sure they will) then go to advanced auto and get meguires ultimate paste wax, it comes in a box with an applicator and a microfiber cloth and it makes as big a difference as the picture of the evo.

Thanks again guys. At 18 months, the Tiguan paint looks better than the Honda....STILL.
