Has anybody else had problems with Mother's quick detailing spray leaving residue?
I spray it on lightly, then buff it out with a cotton towel. It always leaves a streaky mess that's really hard to get off.

I occasionally notice this..
It seems to be because my buffing towel isn't dry enough. Sometimes that means I buff off 2 panels and then I can't use that portion of the buffing towel anymore or else it just streaks around the car.

What makes you think Showtime has any carnuba content?
There is not a single thing on Mother's site or on the bottle itself that would make me think its simply "diluted wax." No mention of any carnuba content in either place, and not mentioned on Mother's list of carnuba products. BTW, I tried another application today (over a fresh coat of ZAINO) and it worked well.

Hmm - to be honest, my diluted wax comment was based on statements made on this list
by others. I really hadn't even looked at the label on the bottle. I only have it around because it comes with the clay as a kit. It is not a part of my normal car care.
