Default Help with deep scratches!!!!

OK so I had my A4 b7 for about four months, and the first week I drive it to school, someone hits is with their door and leaves a deep scratch in the door but no dent luckily. It was definately noticable on my black car, but I decided just to leave it and not waste my time trying to get it fixed. However, last week during a snow storm, I took a curve too fast and paniced. I slammed on the brakes instead of simply turning out of the slide and ended up hitting a mailbox. This left another very deep scratch except this one is much larger and more noticable. I looked around online for a little bit and found Aero-Colours. They look like they might have just what I need to get it fixed. Does anyone have experience with this franchise based company? I don't really want to repaint two entire panels because that will cost a pretty penny. Is there any other way to repair these deep scratches without repainting entire panels. Can I bring it to like a body shop and have them just use some touch up paint (essentially what Aero-Colours does)or will this repair be too noticable. Any help would be great.

http://www.aerocolours.com</a
