Default original....mine's solid...one ride I do we hit just under 55mph and no

shim...I'd check the headset first....how often do you get out?

Default Try to ride 3-4 times a week (100-150 mile/week)...

Although summers are a blessing for me- I'm a school teacher, so I can log some extra miles during June and July.

I hit 53 mph on my old Cannondale on that ride and felt solid as a rock, so this kinda freaks me out- it felt (and looked) like the whole bike was going to shake itself apart on me...

If I stop posting in the next month or so, you'll know I didn't make it :-P

Default Prior to switching to menzerna and one grand products, the mother's std. line......

were my products of choice. I always felt that I got very good results with them. Now though, I'm getting even better results with menzerna and one grand.

Default After you complete all 4 steps correctly you can wax or polish in less than 15 min.

Remember don't go in circles, front to back only !!!
