Hmmm, well...apparently Zaino Z6 can be used as an instant detailer...

I'm sitting here reading the bottle, and it says:
"Removes dust and soil between washes"
"Will not scratch the paint"

I've previous stately that it really isn't an instant detailer, and even though the bottle would suggest otherwise, I still believe that to be true. YMMV. I cringe at the thought of using any instant detailer anyway.

Default I agree except in two instances. One, immediately after washing to enhance shine and two, if

the car is freshly cleaned and gets rain spotted, I'll use a liberal dose of detailing spray and the nappy side of a MF towel just on the spots, to try to prevent etching.

I would never use it to "wash" the car, as some sprays suggest you can.

Default I'm with you, Raj ..

I use Z6 ONLY after I apply a fresh coat of Z2. Somehow, dust/smutz don't go along with ANY QD.

Default I have used it to remove bird crap before it has a chance to etch itself into the paint...

Works well for that. I wouldn't do the whole car though unless it was freshly washed.

Default Well, I occasionally do the whole car with QD

If there is just light dust on the car then I don't see how it is any worse than washing it. Lots of QD spray and a nappy MF cloth work great. Once over with the car duster every night or two and a quick wipe down with QD once a week afterwards, and as long as it does not rain the car will stay very clean for weeks (will need a quick wash on the wheels after a week or so, though).

Default Yeah, I do tend to make that exception...it pains me, but bird droppings

hurt a lot more.

Default Z6 is used by Zaino enthusiasts as both a spot-detailer...

and to enhance the shine after a wash. It's NOT and has NEVER been a product designed as a substitute for a proper washing.
